Diane has built her career helping organisations explain complex issues with clarity, credibility and purpose. She has led in-house teams and advised companies, standards, investors, NGOs, governments and partnerships through periods of growth, scrutiny and change.
Today, she works with organisations developing and scaling climate and nature solutions, providing strategic counsel, thought leadership and fractional communications leadership. Her experience spans carbon markets, blue carbon, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity, climate technology and the wider transition to a low-carbon, nature-positive economy.
Comfortable working alongside scientists, technical experts, policy specialists and senior leaders, Diane combines intellectual curiosity with strong editorial judgement. She translates complex evidence into clear, compelling narratives that build understanding, credibility and influence.
Strategic in her thinking and practical in her approach, she works as part of the team while staying close to delivery when needed – whether shaping a communications strategy, advising senior leaders, leading a major announcement or embedding within an organisation as a fractional Head of Communications.
Earlier in her career, Diane was a business journalist and magazine editor before authoring books on environmental issues - experience that continues to shape her editorial approach and instinct for finding the stories that matter.
Over the course of her career, Diane has supported organisations across the climate, nature and sustainability sectors.
